    Exercise and it's rewards.

    Have just recently started a workout routine for my upper body that has had really good results.
    It's simple.
    I do 80 pushups,
    Then 80 situps,
    Then 80 crunches.
    I run track and jog for a lower body workout.
    Share your workout and any tips if you have some.

    I tried something like that. Problem is, I can't do pushups. ;D

    Well just do what you can. I just do pushups for my pecks. You can get arm strength through arm curls with wieghts.

    y target areas are different but I've been using a program called noom and everyday is a different workout

    Today I did yoga
    walked 4 miles
    100 sit ups with head raised ..
    Some side to side ones and knee to chest then did reverse bicycle ones
    About 10 minutes of squats ..
    Running in place on my trampoline

    I don't work my upper body much unless I go to the gym which is like 2x weekly..
    Besides cleaning,cooking and such are good for upper body
    I mostly work my abs,butt and lower body

    Yeah I change up every other day and keeps me from getting too sore...besides I don't want to be super ripped ..just keep my curves ..and shape
    I gained like 10 pounds so I was really self conscience but its almost all gone now so I was freaking for no reason

    do ass lifts count? like getting your butt off the bed? because thats about all i do quite honestly.

    Yeah, I'm not going for super ripped. Just at the beach or the pool, I'd have more muscles. ( I need a tan bad D:< ) I'm just like a twig, tall and skinny.
