Today I did yoga
walked 4 miles
100 sit ups with head raised ..
Some side to side ones and knee to chest then did reverse bicycle ones
About 10 minutes of squats ..
Running in place on my trampoline
I don't work my upper body much unless I go to the gym which is like 2x weekly..
Besides cleaning,cooking and such are good for upper body
I mostly work my abs,butt and lower body
