usually I just turn up my music really loud, but lately it's not working.
any tips on how to make myself feel better?

Don't look at it as a bad day. Really, it's just how you look at things. If you look at the bright side, then you'll like your day. Like for example, I hate being talkative but my friend doesn't. See the point? Hope this helps you!

can't really imagine how I'll be able to look at today in a different light, but sure- I'll do my best. thank you.
Well here are some lists :
~ watch some funny episodes on youtube! that always helps me! (ex. let me borrow that top kelly music video) <----its hilarious!
~ get over it - you're not the only one who has bad days. everyone does and no ones perfect. nature is not perfect yet it's still beautiful
~ a bath or shower ( makes me feel comfortable)
~ play a violent online game that involves killing ( it helps, according to my little cousin)
~ go to itherapy.com its a free online therapist
~ watch a really good movie
~ try to think to yourself "okay I've had this feeling, now I know how it feels, I'm just going to put it aside and just explore other emotions" I got that from a book Tuesdays With Morrie.
Okay yeah that's about it. i went sorta overboard but yeah it's the least I can do.

aha. the therapist thing sounds interesting. I'll check it out.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath. When you exhale, let all the anger and negativity out as well. It's a really good technique to calm your nerves.
Also, remember to forgive not only others but yourself as well. When you forgive both parties, you'll be able to move on faster and learn from your mistakes.![]()
