Why Are Mean Kids So Popular??

Not all popular kids are mean. Although most of them can have big egos. And sometimes those egos goes straight to a person's head allowing them to think that they're better than everyone else, which causing them to get carried away and manipulate their so called "power" over other people.

Or at least, that's how I think of it.

2 ways I see it.

#1, like what Vegita said. People don't want to get attacked by mean people, so they become friends with those mean people.
#2, people like a person who isn't afraid of everyone else and gets what they want, so they start to like the mean kids.

Well, they're just possible reasons. Or maybe it's just because this world is so twisted in the wrong direction that nothing makes sense anymore? I don't know.

i think its not the fact that mean kids are popular because they are mean rather, they are popular because of their self confidence. people like other people who have good self confidence this makes them more fun.. more.. party people.

Of course as others said its mostly out of fear as well, if you get on the good side of the mean people it is likely they wont be mean to you.

And let us not forget.. mean people are mostly popular with other mean people.. they aren't really popular because people actually like them. most likely a lot of people smile at them on the outside, but are obviously thinking "wow.. this guys such an asshole"
