Dumb question. If you have to change things about yourself in order to get a girl then you're not going for someone who wants you for who you are. Rule 1: Never change yourself for anybody else.

Also, you're posting on a forum where the average user age is like 11 or something. Posh is probably the most mature poster in this topic thus far and she even said herself that it's an impossible question to answer.

A basic guideline is to have confidence in everything you do. If you don't have confidence in yourself then learn how to get some, after all there's only one of you in this world and you should be proud of that fact. Note that confidence =/= cockiness. Arrogance stems from insecurity, confidence stems from humility. Everybody has faults, but if you can acknowledge yours and know what you can do to fix them then you're on the road to becoming confident. And confidence is a big factor when it comes to girls. Why would a girl want a guy who doesn't even like himself? This also works the opposite way, a guy isn't going to want a girl that's constantly sad and isn't happy with herself.

Obviously a girl is going to want a guy that they think looks nice.. of course this is 100% subjective and again works both ways. Their taste can be in all colors, all shapes and sizes.

Honestly your question is more than a tad bit ridiculous. And your answer to your question kinda explains it.. what is "cute" or "sweet?" The only person that can explain what that means in your terms is you. As humans we don't know why we like the things or people we do.. it just happens. I can't tell you why I like sports or running, but it's just fun to me. And asking a girl what type of guys she likes isn't really a good question because it's not a conscious choice she makes, she just likes the guys that she does.

Ugh gee. That's not that easy to answer...

The most important thing in a person for me would be honesty. Also, I think it's quite important not to be afraid to speak your mind and just generally be my best friend besides being my lover.

But it's way more complicated than that. It matters how many things you have in common- Sometimes there's just this 'vibe' that screams right or wrong- You need to be able to have conversations at the same level- It matters how you see life, how you see the future etc.- As said above: Confidence does make quite a difference- and I could go on and on and on.

So it's not really something to answer in a few lines, but the first half of the post gives you my general idea. Hope it helps.

I think a lot of relationships don't work because people are trying to be something they're not. I know I used to do that, now I'm a lot happier acting like a complete dork all the time. If someone isn't right for you, then they aren't right for you. Trying to be what all girls want is completely impossible and a waste of time. The best thing to do is do whatever you damn well please 100% of the time, some day you'll find someone who will love all your quirky habits.

Btw, the title says "You Ladies", ladies plural meaning more than one. Naturally, there will be different opinions from each woman. Yes, we're all unique. We are all different.

This an important point.
If I as a man meet a woman who doesnt like something at me or would like something different, that doesnt mean I should change but it just does not match. Woman are different and thats good because men are different too.

I met woman who lost complete interest in me when I meantioned having no car and I met others who did not even ask.
There are woman with clear focus out there, but one should ask, what is what matches.

And of course there are things that woman like with high probability in a man, maybe even if they wouldnt tell you because its rather subliminal - but status, wealth, health, look, wit, reliability for example are generally rather pluses than minuses, but even that might be.
