If you are trying to get help from an OMGPOP crew member, you can find there at help & support. They will help to answer any questions or feedback that you have for the OMGPOP community and anything else that you need assistance with. You can visit the Feedback tab on the left side of the page in red if you can’t find the answer to your question already in the Help & FAQ section listed under INFO. You can also directly visit the site at: http://getsatisfaction.com/omgpop where you can just post your question and an OMGPOP crew member will respond to your question ASAP! Under this link, you can also generate new ideas to adjust the website to your likings.

My only question is why is all this information being posted on "News and Updates"?
I feel like all of this information belongs somewhere else. =\

Hey there,

Sorry about this! If you didn't get the Cash from the offer you completed, follow these steps:

1) Head back to where you found the offer (on OMGPOP: scroll down the CASH tab and choose "Earn OMGPOP Cash"
2)


choose View Offer Status, and use the contact support button to the right of the offer to get it sorted it out with the offer provider. That's the fastest way to get your Cash!

If that doesn't work try emailing billing@omgpop.com.
