How to Whitelist in Gmail (Tutorial) - so you don't miss any OMGPOP emails!

OMGPOP sends out tons of emails: confirmation emails, newsletters, new messages, etc.

Sometimes you'll be expecting a message from us and not get it. Here's how you can Whitelist our email in Gmail so our emails don't go to your spam!

To whitelist in Gmail, you want to create a filter that sends OMGPOP emails directly to your inbox. Here's how you set up a new filter.

STEP ONE:

Click on the icon shaped like a little wheel on the top right corner of your Gmail page. It's next to your email name.
Click on the "mail settings" option.



STEP TWO:
On the "mail settings" page, click on the "filters" tab. Click on the "Create a new filter" link.



STEP THREE:
In the "From" box, type in members@mail.omgpop.com. This is very important!!
Then, click the "Next Step" button.



STEP FOUR:
Now, check the "Never send it to Spam" box, and click "Create filter".



STEP FIVE:
You're all set!
At this point, you should be receiving all of our emails directly to your inbox. Nice. If you were waiting for a confirmation email from OMGPOP, go back to OMGPOP.com and choose the "Re-Send Confirmation Email" button after you login.
