i was supposed to eat choco chip eggo waffles an hour ago, but i don't feel liken eating breakfast today.

LOL. That looks like my typical breakfast when my family is too lazy to cook for me ); with rice. Although, I'm started to dislike eating chinese sausages because they're too greasy and have little chunks of fat everywhere. :/ (I know, I'm picky.)

I had stuffed roasted peppers. It was stuffed with orzo, ground beef, and veggies and topped with fontina cheese. Quite delicious!
