My coins got stolen

So i was playing four play with this star (Play Fun Multiplayer Games Free At OMGPOP)

and then when the game ended he changed the bet from 0 to 500 then he immediately started the game!

I got jacked, can i get my coins back? This is really unfair.

From my experience, a pop-up should appear on your screen and you have to accept to the bet amount. If you deny, you should automatically leave the game.

Also, I believe the STAR has to wait 5 seconds or so to auto-start the game.

I've had this happen to me. Unfortunately, there's not much you can do about it. Just be careful and always check the bet after every round.
