1. CREW members are the users of the site who work for OMGPOP. They have a pink/purple CREW tag next to their names.
2. Unfortunately, no. Charles is the creator of the site, and if you're lucky enough to challenge him to a game and beat him, you'll earn this rare achievement. His username on OMGPOP is "setpixel".
